ICS号CCS号 团 体 标 准 团体标准编号 城镇智慧供热工程技术通则 Generalrulesforurbansmartheating (征求意见稿) XXXX-XX-XX发布 中国建筑节能协会发布 XXXX-XX-XX实施 前言 根据《中国建筑节能协会团体标准管理办法（试行）》（国建节协（2017）40号）及《关于印发<2018年度第一批团体标准制修订计划>的通知》（国建节协[2018]18号）的要求，由哈尔滨工业大学会同有关单位组建编制组，经广泛的调查研究，认证总结实践经验，考察有关国内外标准和先进经验，并在广泛征求意见的基础上，共同编制了本通则。
本通则的主要内容包括：1总则；2术语；3智慧供热系统体系构架及分级；4智慧供热平台及软件要求；5智慧供热系统设备要求；6智慧供热系统功能要求；7智慧供热系统验收；8智慧供热系统运行维护和管理。
本通则由中国建筑节能协会标准化管理办公室负责管理（联系电话：010-57811483，邮箱：biaoban@)，由哈尔滨工业大学负责具体内容的解释。
