ORIENTATION迎新会Priortothestartoftheprogram,staffwillhostalivevirtualorientationforstudents,whichwillcoverprogrammaticandlogisticalaspectsoftheprogram.StudentswillbeissuedanelectronicID(EID)andlogincredentialsforsecureandprivateesstouniversityplatformssuchonlinelibrariesandotherexclusiveresources.StaffwillalsopresentlivetutorialsonhowtousetheCanvaslearningmanagementsystemandZoomvideoconferencingplatform.Thistrainingaimstoensurethatstudentsgetfirst-handexperienceusingtheplatformsbeforetheprogramhasstartedandsothatstudentsofvaryinglevelsoftechnologyskillswillfortablenavigatingtheplatforms.Theorientationwillberecordedandsharedwithallstudentstoallowforadditionalviewingopportunities.在课程开始前，学校将为学生们举办线上迎新会，包括课程和后勤方面的指导内容。

EVALUATION&CERTIFICATE成绩评估&证书Studentprogresswillbemeasuredduringtheprogramthroughactiveparticipation,homework,andquizzes.Courseworkountsfor80%ofthegradeandthefinalexamcountsfor20%ofthegrade.TheinstructorwillassessstudentperformanceandrecordgradesintheCanvaslearningmanagementsystem.StudentswillbeabletoessCanvasandreviewtheirgradesthroughoutthecourse.Studentswhoattend85%ofthelivecoursesessionsandreceiveA,B,orCgradeswillbeawardedpletioncertificate.Certificatesandgradeformswillbemailedtostudentsattheconclusionofthecourse.学生的成绩会受以下因素影响和评估：课程出勤率、参与情况、考试、课题和每日小测验。
其中课程作业占成绩的80%，期末考试占20%。
