Thelimitedavailabilityofsemiconductorscausedthird-quarterdeliveriesinAsiatofallto254,739units(2020:288,907units;-11.8%).However,thefigurecontrastssharplywithGroupperformanceoverthenine-monthperiod,duringwhich835,090unitsweredeliveredtocustomers(2020:705,789units;+18.3%). Third-quartersalesfiguresforChinadroppedto203,008units(2020:230,920units;-12.1%).Here,too,figureswerewellupoverthenine-monthperiod,with670,964BMW,MINIandRolls-Roycebrandvehiclesdeliveredtocustomerssincethebeginningof2021,19.7%morethaninthesameperiodoneyearearlier(2020:560,367units).
